Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to or using the internet services provided by Community Fiber ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Community Fiber provides high-speed fiber-optic internet access. We strive to provide the speeds advertised; however, actual speeds may vary due to factors such as your device capabilities, home wiring, and network congestion.

3. Billing and Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to suspension or disconnection.

4. Equipment

Equipment provided by Community Fiber (such as Optical Network Terminals and Routers) remains the property of Community Fiber. You agree to return this equipment in good working condition upon termination of service, or pay a replacement fee.

5. No Contracts

Residential services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your service at any time without early termination fees, provided all equipment is returned.

6. Limitation of Liability

Community Fiber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to service interruptions.
